Description of the sessions:
• Session 1: Use Your Platform to Deliver Engaging Live Online Training
Introductions, foundation for the program, and a demonstration of a model engaging live online training session delivered in your platform.
• Session 2: Virtual Presentation Skills
Sharpen the presentation skills necessary to masterfully inspire an engaging online event by learning the “sound, say, show” segment of the capability model.
• Session 3: Virtual Facilitation Skills
Develop the unique facilitation skills required to ensure learning transfer in an online event using the “ask, listen, coach” segment of the capability model.
• Session 4: Deliver Live Online, Part A – instructor assigned
Deliver a portion of a live online event for feedback and coaching from the instructor and certificate peers.
• Sessions 5 & 6: Deliver Live Online, Part B – participant created
Deliver a portion of a live online event for feedback and coaching from the instructor and certificate peers.
Kassy LaBorie Consulting LLC has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. Maximum points vary by course.

Invoice option for teams of 3 or more:
Kassy LaBorie Consulting will invoice in US Dollar upon completion of the services for all consulting fees due under this invoice and shall be payable within thirty(30)days after the recipient’s receipt of such invoice.
Accepted forms of payment include bank transfer, check, ACH Direct Deposit.

- Participants’ information as listed above for all team members as well as their contact person / team leader
- Participants earn and add an ATD recognized Virtual Facilitation Certification badge to their resumes
- Participants experience skill growth and have materials ready for immediate application
- Each registrant receives a copy of one of Kassy’s books
The program includes a book of your choice via an Amazon bookshelf voucher. You need an Amazon account to receive your book, and you have one month to use the voucher before it expires. (Amazon bookshelf vouchers are available to US participants only.)

- All online sessions delivered Zoom, although other platforms are discussed. They only need it for this program. They should download the Zoom Meetings Desktop Client and be up to date. Do not use the mobile application or the web browser version for this certification. https://zoom.us/download
- Participants attend the training from their own computer, their own desk, and their own audio connection.
- Each online session is recorded and made available only to the candidates who participated in the live sessions for one week following the completion of the program.
